Patisserie Coin De Rue is the Japanese movie that has Natsumi wander Tokyo for her boyfriend only to realize the art of dessert-making is far more valuable. I have yet to see the movie but regardless of the outcome, the site actually maps out her dessert adventure!!! These are some of the most fabulous pattisseries in Tokyo and here they are for the taking (via My Life as a Magazine).

Dear Lemon Lima (instant play on netflix now!) is a movie I MUST spread far and wide. This little gem is the perfect film punctuated with the cutest doodles along the way. Its a movie that appeals to all the girly senses but the story is so much more than some lame candy-coated indulgence. It begins with a girl who is entirely infatuated with a serious jerk but finds herself where others tend to lose themselves. A most gratifying coming of age story that has you pushing as strong for her independence as you push for "Bella's" uhh codependence.

The Secret World of Arrietty is the next of Studio Ghibli's movies to be released by Disney. It is also one more Hayao Miyazaki written movie that could be his last. We must treasure each and every one. You better be in theaters with me on February 17!
